Perched on the edge of Hackney Downs, this Star is a playground of 90s interiors with shabby-chic furnishings, retro lampshades and old school stools and tables. Rough 'n' ready characterises this laid-back boozer, where mish-mash reigns free and the beer flows all day long. Satisfying a traditional pub spec, this East London hangout serves delicious street food via their ever-changing pop-up kitchen.
The Big Top Function room, upstairs from the main pub area is a wonderful roo for your party or event. It can hold upto 70 people standing or 40 sitting. A great space for performances, classes or parties.
The Karaoke Room at the Star By Hackney Downs is powered by an outstanding Lucky Voice singing machine. You can book the room to sing your pick of thousands of available songs.
