Step into the Famous Cock Tavern, seven and a half steps away from Highbury and Islington Station and you will find an award-winning menu, complemented by an extensive range of beers and specially selected wine list. This combines with sumptuous booth and leather sofa seating, mellow colour schemes and a sophisticated, heritage-focused welcoming establishment. The bar staff are welcoming and the leather booths even more so.
Free Wi-Fi coupled with the availability of fresh coffee also makes this a great location to set up your office. With a large bar it comes as no surprise that the selection of drinks is varied. On tap is the usual Fosters, John Smiths, Kronenberg, Grolsch, Carlsberg, Guinness, Strongbow, Carling and Becks Vier. The Famous Cock Tavern serves dishes all day from a traditional English and Oriental menu. Downstairs there is a club called Down Under, which is available upon request and caters for private parties of up to 200 guests.
