It's safe to say The Roebuck is one of the most stunning examples of Victorian pubs. Situated in a prominent position in the back streets of Borough it is a locals favourite and is equally known for its great beer range, delicious food and lovely staff.

The Roebuck is an independent free-house pub with so many fantastic independent breweries on its door step. It takes its beer very seriously and has a fantastic range of craft local beers and ales.

Serving food throughout the week and Roasts on Sundays. The head chef has strong ties to a small farm in Sussex and often visits to check on produce for the constantly changing menu. The Roebuck works closely with the sustainable restaurant association has also been awarded multi-awards for its work for using the best ethical practises across the business.
