The Half Moon

The Half Moon Putney is one of London's longest running, and most respected live music venues.

Since the early 1960s, some of the biggest names in the music world have performed here, including The Rolling Stones, The Who, Kasabian and U2. Kate Bush and Ed Sheeran both played before they went on to become global superstars; and the venue hosts live music or comedy every night of the week.

Their food menus contain British classics you'd expect from a London pub with beer-battered fish and chips and 28 day dry-aged steaks among the favourites; but also look out for their Louisiana-style sharing boards. Every Sunday they serve the finest Sunday roast Putney has to offer. Whether it's Lemon & Thyme Chicken or Slow Cooked Beef Striploin you're after, they will serve it up with mountains of seasonal veg, goose fat roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire puddings & proper gravy. The friendly and knowledgeable staff can advise you on everything, from the favourites on the desert menu to the many local and world craft beers available.
