In celebration of Independence Day also referred to as Fourth of July, Yoga Dining Club will be running an American themed Supper following a freedom flow yoga class held by Sarah Highfield!
Get out your red, white and blue leggings and join us at Paradise by Way Kensal Green to bend, stretch and flow for an hour followed by a delicious healthy supper with a glass of wine and new found friends!
This class is suitable for all levels - from complete beginners to advanced practitioners looking to met like minded people.
Food being the key part of the experience is hearty and wholesome and will include your choice of main and dessert from the seasonal summer menu.
MAINS
- Fried parmesan polenta with green beans, peas, broad beans & basil oil (V) * ( can be modified to Vegan on request)
- Pan fried sea bream with courgettes, lentils, spinach, capers & spring herb butter
- Roasted guinea fowl with rosemary potatoes, tomatoes, rocket & glazed balsamic red onion
DESSERTS
- Organic chocolate torte, crème fraiche & rosemary honeycomb
- Amalfi lemon vanilla cheesecake with raspberries & Amaretto caramel
- Strawberry sorbet with new season fruits & berries, rose syrup
