Description
Three of the biggest names in the hospitality industry have teamed up for The Devonshire, one of the most sought-after pubs in Soho, found on Denman Street.
Created by Oisin Rogers, Charlie Carroll and Ashley Palmer-Watts, a group of notorious publicans and restaurateurs (Guinea Grill, Flat Iron), The Devonshire leads the charge when it comes to gastro dining in London, blended with the art of a proper British boozer.
A huge site in Soho, with two floors, downstairs promises top beer and bar snacks, while the restaurant uses in-house butchery and baking to create a restaurant menu of British favourites, sourcing its ingredients in the UK, from Scottish seafood and beef to hand-dived scallops from Devon.
Bookings open every Thursday at 10.30am, 3 weeks in advance.
