If you’re looking for a slice of history in the heart of London, The Falcon is sure to impress. With interiors designed by MC Escher, who was famous for his strange graphic works depicting surreal and impossible perspective, there’s a falcon stained glass window over the bar - a photo opportunity not to be missed.
Relax at the bar or grab a table to enjoy something off the traditional pub menu, washed down with a cask ale or one of the many spirits stacked behind the bar. There’s also plenty to see nearby, with The Clapham Grand, Twickenham Stadium, and Chelsea FC all within easy reach.
Once the holder of the Guinness World Record for the longest bar, the venue sadly lost its title to an even longer bar… but it’s still well worth a visit.
