Description
Sat on the edge of Clissold Park The Rose and Crown is the finest example of a true English Pub. The building itself is Grade II listed and much of it's interior is still original. Giant bay windows, real log fires and warm wood panelling make this place a perfect spot to view the hustle and bustle of Church street.
On the menu one will find a classic pub affair prepared with the finest ingredients and much love from the Chef. Hearty Sunday roasts, juicy burgers and to-die-for fish and chips paired with well-kept real ale, fine whisky, and great wine from the bar make it a visit to remember.
The Rose & Crown hosts a much-loved quiz weekly quiz night, and parts of the space can be booked for intimate, private gatherings.
