Description
The Collab. - was created in 2019 by Paul Human and Sam McGregor. With Paul bringing his knives and knowledge from a career in high end food, and Sam straight from the Signature Brew collab drinks world; they came together to create a neighbourhood restaurant built on collaboration.
Over the years, The Collab. - has welcomed world-famous chefs, musicians, actors, and brewers into their kitchen; and collaborating to create incredible collaboration menus and unforgettable experiences for guests.
Set right in the heart of central Walthamstow, a stone's throw from the station, The Collab. - is set up in an industrial, yet open and friendly space, where all people are welcome. Hosting up to 100 guests and you'll find a top-notch EM Acoustics sound system delivering meticulously curated playlists.
Every month; a new Collab. - hits the menu, kicking off with a special event. No matter when you visit, you'll be greeted with a smile and find a dynamic, ethically sourced, rotating menu being served.

A perfect space, slightly seclude from the rest of the restaurant and next to the huge open front windows allowing natural light to pour all over the area. A great space for dining of up to 30 people or we can remove the furniture and 50ppl can comfortably fit for drinks and buffet style food. |

The Collab is a big, airy burger and craft beer restaurant in Walthamstow, E17. The perfect Collaboration between local craft beer brewery Signature Brew and Chef Paul Human of We Serve Humans fame. The whole venue can sea up to 120 seated for a very special dinner for friends and family or 200 for standing and canapes/buffer style food. The restaurant has a stage, PA, DJ equipment if you wanted to set up and bring a band or DJ.
