Description
Fiume serves modern Italian cuisine to Battersea.
Part of the redevelopment project at Battersea Power Station called Circus West Village, this is the third restaurant opened by chef Francesco Mazzei after Sartoria and Radici. Split between a large dining area with an open kitchen, a wood-fired oven and a bar with counter dining, the menu pays homage to the Mezzogiorno, which is the Southern area of Italy.
Expect a menu with wholesome, hearty Mediterranean dishes made from vibrant ingredients. There's a selection of cicchetti and antipasti alongside homemade pasta and freshly-made bread from the restaurant’s inbuilt oven. Meanwhile, the flamed black granite bar offers up classic and contemporary Italian cocktails, as well as, a bespoke list of fine Italian wines. There’s also a large terrace for alfresco dining, filled with lemon and olive trees.
