Description
From the culinary genius behind The Dairy and The Manor comes Paradise Garage, a new restaurant set in the heart of Bethnal Green and serving delicious, traditional British dishes. Chef Robin Gill unpacks his knives in East London, extending his empire and returning a bit of tradition to this trendy, progressive part of town.
Paradise Garage will find itself well at home here on Paradise Row. Taking up residence under a railway arch, it joins a number of bars and eateries based on this stylish East London patch. In an attempt to place guests right in the middlfe of the actions, Paradise Garage has an open kitchen plan and offers guests the chance to sit right up on the pass, overlooking the bustling kitchen as it kicks into life.
And of course, let's not forget the delicious food that's on offer. The entire kitchen will be run by Chef Simon Woodrow, who's worked with Chef Gill at the Diary since 2013. Alongside him, pastry chef Kira Ghidoni will be piping and kneading all day to produce a range of desserts inspired by British heritage and made up of seasonal ingredients. With a compelling menu, be sure to check out the Lamb Rump served alongside summer cabbage, peas and an array of sweetbreads; a traditional dish cooked to perfection.
