Hosted by the Bombay Sapphire Master Distiller Dr Anne Brock and UK Ambassador Tony Hogan, 4 bespoke cocktails will be paired with 4 dishes, each highlighting an ingredient sourced directly from the producer. Together, they'll shine a light on nature's finest ingredients, and the masters behind them, 2 elements that helped shape the creation of Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru.
Sager & Wilde is a neighbourhood restaurant set beneath a railway arch. Mediterranean dishes have an eye-catching modern style brimming with flavour with cocktails crafted by some of London's finest. Throughout the dining experience Dr Anne Brock & Tony will lead a gin tasting, explain everything that makes Bombay Sapphire unique and why we love to shout about Murcian lemons.
