Brought to Brixton by founder of Boom Burger on Portobello Road, Joshua De Lisser, Boom Shack is yet another Caribbean-influenced burger joint with patties and cocktails aplenty.

While the main section of Boom Shack is the cocktail bar with a distinctly Caribbean theme with plenty of colour and culture to go round, the dining options are vast as guests can enjoy everything from their Montego Breeze Cocktail with vodka, pineapple and ginger apple, and classic Jamaican Punch, to breakfast and evening menus of sandwiches served upon ciabatta or brioche with slow-cooked pork, Scotch bonnet chilli beef and bacon jam, and plenty more starting from around the £8 mark.
