Brought to Brixton by the same name that gave the city Boom Burger on Portobello Road, Boom Shack is the latest burger venture from Joshua De Lisser. Found on Brixton Station Road, Boom Shack may have been a long time coming, but it's now here to spread a wealth of Caribbean inspired cocktails and sandwiches served upon ciabatta or brioche with toppings the likes of slow-cooked pork, Scotch bonnet chilli beef and more.

Brixton is amassing some serious quality in the burger department with bites ranging from meaty morsels at Blues Kitchen Brixton to vegan bites at VegBar. So how does Boom Shack stand to fare in amongst these big hitters? While standing amongst good competition, adding a little Caribbean flair to the area is sure to give Boom Shack a roster of stand out flavours in a flourishing dining scene.
