Cabana Brixton

CABANA is the vibrant, award-winning* home of Rio street food, skewers and cocktails, with sites across the UK. 

The menu takes its cue from the traditional Brasilian churrascarias, modern “New Style” Brasilian dishes and local snacks found on most Brasilian street corners, with a very UK centric, commercial focus.

Marinated skewers are grilled fresh to order on a custom-made grill, such as the best-selling Spicy Malagueta Chicken, lamb, steak and pork. These are served alongside a street food selection, mains such as burgers, salads and the iconic Brasilian feijoada hot pot, and sides such as Sweet Potato Fries, Black Beans and Coconut Slaw.

Cabana’s cocktail menu showcases Brasil’s most famous cocktails, from flavoured Caipirinhas (as well as the UK’s only Frozen Caipirinhas) to blended Batidas, alongside a range of Cabana’s own Brasil-inspired concoctions.

The interior showcase the best of Rio, with “up-cycled” design features and decorative elements such as denim banquettes, Sao Paulo “fly poster” walls, pipe lights, kites and cheeseboard tables, all maintaining CABANA’s urban, eclectic feel.
