What they say:

With seven venues already under their belt, Alex and Saiphin Moore have created a small empire across the capital with their Thai food restaurants. But for the first time, Rosa's Thai Cafe will reach across the River Thames, opening a new site in Brixton. Serving the same dishes that have served them so well for years, guests can expect to sample a handful of traditional recipes that have all had modern tweaks subtly added to them. And if the venue didn't already have enough character, this South London spot is styled as a quaint, 1930s post office, taking inspiration from the local office that sits just a short stroll down the road.

What we say:

Whenever we hear the name Rosa's Thai Cafe, our eyes immediately light up. The husband and wife team seem to have cracked the code when it comes to creating authentic Thai dishes that burst with heat and flavour. We're expecting more of the same in this new South London location. The usual suspects feature on the menu - Rosa's butternut red curry, chilli and basil stir fry, and a herb-infused, spicy fish dish - but it's the charm of the venue's decor that'll really help it to stand out. Say sà-wàt-dee to South London's newest Thai spot.
