Description
Having proved immensely popular at Broadway Market with their free-range fried chicken burgers, Butchies has found a permanent site in Camden, at the Stables Market. The new site features four different chicken sandwiches as well as sides which include buffalo wings and blue cheese sauce.
All the chickens used for the sandwiches are free-range and slow-reared on a farm in Leicestershire and cooked in a fryer specially imported from the US, which makes the chicken more tender. All the burgers are named after owner Garrett FitzGerald's favourite fictional characters; the Clancy Wiggum comes with streaky bacon, guacamole and smoked chilli mayo.
