What they say:
The Bayou is a brand new bar and restaurant on Inverness Street in Camden, set to open its doors in early July 2014. Inspired by the lifestyle and cuisine of the Creole region in Southern America, this new venue is set to bring a taste of something a little different to already multi-cultural Camden.
What we say:
Southern American food is often based around hearty meat and Cajun chicken and The Bayou will be no exception. However expect it to delve further into the culinary treats of the South, by also offering lesser known dishes like traditional Gumbos and Jambalayas too. Along with the food, The Bayou will offer up great cocktails and continuing the Southern American influence, you can expect Bourbon and Mezcal infused tipples galore. Couple all this with some great music and a lively vibe, and The Bayou looks set to have the Camden crowds flocking.
