What they say:
Not only is St James' Market undergoing a hefty development, the Tonkotsu name is unfolding something new too. With Emma Reynolds, Kensuke Yamada and Blenheium designs leading the charge, this new Japanese brasserie in central London is set to warm bellies with a la carte dishes the likes of king crab gyoza and black cod teriyaki in a realm of Japanese wood and stone.
What we say:
Udon even understand my relationship with Japanese food right now. Another hot new name for London's Eastern dining scene, Anzu not only has the weight of a brand such as Tonkotsu behind them, their brasserie stance and a la carte dishes are sure to tease the city with a venue that looks to continue and further evolve the city's contemporary Japanese dining market on an ever increasing incline.
