Located within the hustle and bustle of Regent Street, Head chef Yahir Gonzalez offers a choice of modern Spanish small plates, crafted with fresh seasonal produce and ideal for both sharing and indulging.

The beautiful open restaurant and central destination bar is inspired by rich Spanish culture with a striking white mosaic flooring running throughout the restaurant which is topped by a copper- coloured vaulted ceiling. Go al fresco and join us on our stunning rooftop terrace either to dine with friends or simply soak up the iconic London views with one of our deliciously hand- crafted cocktails. Classic plates include oxtail and avocado empanadas and spiced crab tostadas. Signature tapas include beef short rib, potato gratin, chimichurri; confit piquillo peppers, romesco & Marcona almond, Bacalao tacos with taramasalata and the award-winning black seafood alioli croquetas.

La Fiesta Brunch 

Aqua Nueva’s popular free flowing brunch is available every Saturday from 12.45pm-2.30pm. Made for sharing, the brunch costs £40pp with the option to include free-flowing cocktails and bubbles for £75pp. For those celebrating a special occasion a Deluxe brunch offering free flowing Pommery Brut Royal Champagne & cocktails for £99 pp.
