What they say:
With multiple Michelin stars attached to his name, Quique Dacosta is one of the world's biggest restaurant players and 2018 will be the year that Londoners finally get to enjoy his work on their home soil. Rumours have been floating for several months of an opening and it seems that Arros QD, a dedicated paella restaurant, will open at some point on Oxford Street in the former The Plaza restaurant.
What we say:
While paella may have been overlooked on the London dining scene that is set to change in 2018 as Quique Dacosta puts his magic touch to the dish at new Arros QD in Fitzrovia. The new spot is rumoured to have a 25-metre-long stove and is backed by the same group behind Iberica restaurants. Details are being kept under wraps for the moment, but with his other restaurants garnering Michelin stars and 'best restaurant in the world' titles, expect big things from Arros QD.
