What they say:
Set to open in Central London this Autumn, Delancey & Co. is a New York style deli, taking inspiration from the Jewish cuisine of New York's lower East side. Specializing in salted beef and smoked salmon dishes, as well as traditional Jewish Cholla breads and delicious corned beef 'Reuben' sandwiches. Delancey and Co. promises to be a refreshing twist on the much tried American Food concept.
What we say:
Delancey & Co.'s aim is to offer something a little different to the 'dirty American food' that has been sweeping across London in recent years, by presenting a selection of fresh, responsibly sourced salted meats and breads. Founded by Daniel Moosah, an entrepreneur who has spend years studying Jewish cuisine in New York, Delancey & Co. will show Londoners there is a different side to New York dining. A former professional poker player turned businessman, we reckon Daniel has an ace up his sleeve with this quirky concept.
