After opening seven restaurants across India, and one in Dubai, experimental Indian restaurant brand Farzi Café has brought its intriguing dishes to London.
Renowned for its thoroughly modern take on Indian cooking, Farzi Café restaurants bring classic Indian and global dishes and flavours into conjunction with contemporary cooking techniques and presentation methods. Encompassing "table theatrics and culinary illusion", methods comprise molecular gastronomy, customised cooking equipment and stunning table displays to create a unique dining experience. The name itself aims to project this image, as 'farzi', whilst having many connotations, can in this context be seen to mean "creating an illusion".
Part of the Massive Restaurants family, founded by Zorawar Kalra - popularly known as 'The Prince of Indian Cuisine' - this latest Farzi Café site joins a whole host of other fantastic restaurant brands controlled by the company, including Masala Library, Made in Punjab, Pa Pa Ya and more.
