Crafted by Head Chef Magno Rodrigues, Inca offers multiple sumptuous menus of South American inspired dishes, inspired by Latin flavours, colours and textures. These are expertly combined with influences from Nikkei Kitchen, modern touches as well as the unique flavours from fire and heat. With a selection of menus appealing to both smaller groups and large parties, all with the a sharing concept.
