After a professional cycling injury 20 years ago, chef Kanada-San turned to his other passion instead - ramen. He opened his very first restaurant in Japan in 2008, and now there are six locations in London as well.
Their menu focuses on authentic Tonkotsu ramen, with flavours ranging from spicy corn-fed chicken to Japanese mushroom and truffle. You can customise your bowls here too, with a choice between toppings and the firmness of your noodles. They also serve small plates, curries and onigiri, alongside tasty desserts like the melting matcha fondant.
