Description
Xi'an cooking has landed in central London.
Taking over the former home of Cagney's, Master Wei is the first solo restaurant from Xi'an Impression co-founder Guirong Wei. Located in Bloomsbury, you can expect the same no-frills menu centred on authentic Xi'an street food; the kind that is notably found where the Silk Road begins in the Chinese Shaanxi province.
When it comes to food, you can tuck into the same hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles that made Wei's first restaurant such a cult hit. There's an extended menu; with noodles, soups and starters like spicy sliced beef, wood ear mushrooms and potato sliver salad.
