Description
London is set to get another junk-food-styled vegetarian restaurant from the likes of nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson and TV presenter Gizzi Erskine. Pure Filth is first opening as a pop-up in the Tate over winter and will then become a permanent restaurant in an undisclosed location in Central London.
Rather than using meat substitutes, the brand aims to create healthy and delicious burgers using veg and other ingredients. Expect plates such as a Pure Filth burger, made from black beans, quinoa, lentils and umami paste, along with a take on McDonald's dishes with a Pure Filth Happy Meal and Brunch Muffin Meal.
