What they say:
Promising a "memorable gastronomic experience" to its patrons, Michael Riemenschneider’s hugely popular Canvas is back and looking to move things to the next level. Start with a couple of experimental cocktails from the oak-clad bar before moving over to the light and airy restaurant area, where a choice of 18 dishes split into 'Sea and Coast', 'Land and Earth' and 'Guilty Pleasures' sections awaits. There’s also an intimate private dining area overlooking the restaurant in its entirety.
What we say:
Riemenschneider has built a reputation for first-class fare that fits in neatly with Canvas' Chelsea surroundings. The food does look incredible, but it's predictably the cocktail bar that has caught our eye. In Kamil Patryk the venue has an experienced head barman, and their promise to "create something entirely unique" with their cocktails is just too much for us to resist.
