What they say:
Described as 'Chelsea's best-kept secret', Hans' Bar and Grill is part of the swanky West London hotel 11 Cadogan Gardens. Headed up by chef Luke Phillips (who previously reached the semi-finals of BBC show Masterchef: The Professionals), this place boasts a classic all-day menu full of mouth-watering dishes such as the truffle and lobster roll and Dover sole meuniere.
An elegant spot for business meetings and working breakfasts, head here early doors and tuck into sweet treats such as cinnamon and raisin French toast and kippers served with scrambled eggs and sourdough.
Nestled between Pavillion Road's artisan food shops and stylish boutiques, the 106-cover restaurant also has a 16-cover private dining space, perfect for special occasions.
What we say:
They’re taking their seasonal menu seriously. While the breakfast and brunch offerings serve up dishes like eggs benedict and steak tartare, along with fresh-pressed juices, the lunch and dinner a la carte will create dishes based on what ingredients are available at the time. That means tasty plates like confit salmon with goat’s and cucumber. Their 195-strong wine list hails from all over the world, while the cocktails use British spirits to deliver twists on classics. And since they are taking their name from Hans Sloane – the man credited with bringing cocoa to the UK – you can expect chocolate all over the drinks and dessert menu.
