Inspired by his upbringing in India, chef Peter Joseph has opened his first solo restaurant in Chelsea.
With a decade of experience working as a chef at Mayfair's Michelin-starred Tamarind, Peter Joseph is focussing on his very own site. Only a stone's throw from Sloane Square, the menu focusses on Indian food with a contemporary approach and sustainably sourced ingredients. The space has room for 90 diners, including a private dining room which can seat 10. With elegant decor and splashes of colour, you can expect a theatrical interior.
Amplifying the Indian culture of sharing food and storytelling, Kahani translates to 'story' in Hindi. The menu is designed to bring people together, with finger food to start and twists on classics; like Tandoori broccoli marinated in honey and Thalassery Biryani. There's also options for vegans and veggies, as well as, daily-changing specials and weekend roasts... all to be washed down with dynamic wines and modern cocktails.
