Kutir is the first solo project for Rohit Ghai, the Michelin-starred former chef of Gymkhana and Jamavar. Working with Abhi Sangwan, a long-time colleague, the Indian restaurant is located on Lincoln Street and serves traditional dishes inspired by royal hunting expeditions in India.
Dishes are presented 'feasting-style' with a focus on seafood and game, inspired by Ghai's early career working in luxury Indian heritage hotels. The expedition menu of 6 courses for £60 is available, alongside a la carte dishes. To accompany the food, Sangwan has created a bespoke selection of cocktails using wild and natural Indian ingredients.
