Myrtle is the first restaurant from acclaimed chef Anna Haugh. Creating sophisticated yet informal dishes with a strong Irish influence and an emphasis on Irish produce, the menu pays homage to the Dublin chef’s homestead and acclaimed chef Myrtle Allen. Notable dishes include Burren Smokehouse mackerel rillette, pigs beignet with sauce gribiche and pickled veg, and buttermilk panna cotta, rhubarb jelly, cinnamon doughnuts.
