POLPO Chelsea

POLPO is a bacaro. This is a Venetian word to describe a humble restaurant serving simple food and good, young Italian wines. They offer tasty small plates, Prosecco and Spritz in a setting that reflects the gloriously faded elegance of Venice, and the charms of its backstreet wine bars. Dishes are designed to be shared, making each meal a feast, a convivial and restorative experience with friends. All party menus are designed as sharing plates, there is no need to choose dishes as everything is served for everybody to dig in. All dietary requirements can be catered for, please inform the team before the event

POLPO love parties. A special occasion means that things need to be done a certain way. It’s your party and they want to make sure everything is perfect. The team here knows that the little details make the difference between a ‘good’ party or a great one, that will be talked about for years to come. Bespoke menus can be printed, flowers and additional décor can be arranged, and DJs and entertainment can be pulled from our little black book. They also welcome you to hijack their sound system, steal their wifi, borrow their audio and visual equipment.

They are available for a private whole hire, the restaurant is hugely adaptable and can be suitable for sit down meals for up to 40 inside and 60 outside, or drink parties for up to 120 in and out!
