The Fuji Grill Sushi Bar is a charismatic and stylish Japanese restaurant within a five-star boutique hotel, Beaverbrook Town House in the heart of Chelsea on Sloane Street. Beaverbrook Town House is the city counterpart to the Beaverbrook Estate in Surrey, both adorned with opulent interiors designed by Nicola Harding and Sir Frank Lowe, as well as the remarkable service.
In an intimate corner of the hotel, the glamourous space with bespoke detailing and Mount Fuji artwork makes the perfect space for getting together with colleagues and clients to family and friends. Dine from their nine-course Omakase menu available each evening which includes dishes such as Japanese Yellow Tail with Salted Seaweed and Red Bream with Kentish Ants, celebrating tradition with our Head Chef's expert adaptations. Our a la carte menu features our Fuji Grill favourites to include Popcorn Shrimp, Alaskan Black Cod and 'cook at the table' A5 BBQ Wagyu.
