Hatching all things laid by free-roaming hens, Bad Egg's menu is built around different cultural recipes and signature twists of Rankin's own genius, North Africa, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico and France make up only some of the culinary inspiration behind this yolky little restaurant concept. Revolutionising the way we eat eggs, Rankin has built a playful menu of hashes with Kimchi, chili kievs and baked eggs in sambal, avocado and swiss cheese.
