Cabotte is the newest wine bar in London's financial centre to offer guests a fine-dining experience. Composed using only the freshest ingredients, a lot of thought has gone into every dish, making sure that every forkful of food works in tandem with the exquisite wines to produce a sensational taste in the diner's mouth. With both the food and wine menus perfectly interwoven, the master sommeliers will guide guests through a selection of different Burgundy wines, bringing together the best flavours and palatable experiences that France has to offer.

The City definitely isn't short on wine bars. With new venue's opening every month, competition is particularly fierce in this part of town. That said, Cabotte doesn't really seem like your run-of-the-mill wine bar. To really succeed, the team will need to offer great flavours with an easy-going attitude. Though some guests will know a thing or two, most will arrive hoping to widen their horizons and learn a few wine-based facts. However, experience is on the restaurant's side, with both master sommeliers having worked their way up London and Paris' culinary circles. Expect big things from this intriguing venue.
