Paddle bar is about to become your new city destination. Loosen
your tie, kick off your heels and get ready to tuck in with us at
the Tank.
Our incredible craft beer selection and our expert bartenders
who are passionate about great beer. Alongside a brew, you can grab
our fabulous handmade stone baked pizzas, cheesy baked macs and
freshly tossed salads. Not your typical sit down in the city, you
pick your table and your number - order your pizza at the bar
overlooking our stone oven where you’ll see the flames cooking your
pies to perfection.
We also serve great coffee perfect for those morning
meetings!
To start your Tank & Paddle experience, we’ve teamed up with the
crew at our local brewery Meantime to add their beers to our taps.
The Meantime ales are served directly from our in house tanks,
fresh, frothy goodness to pair with your slice. On tap right now?
We love the Meantime Brewery Fresh of course, but are also addicted
to their Pale Ale and Yakima Red.
If you’re in the mood for a bottle or two we’ve got Brewdog
Elvis Juice bottled and brewed up in Scotland or Sharp’s Cornish
Pilsner. Or looking for a cheeky Belgian brew? We recommend the
Fruli Strawberry Beer, delicious! While we’re all about the beers,
we do love a glass of something bubbly. A glass of our house
Prosecco, Da Luca, is a cool £5.50 and we’ve got classic cocktails
to whet your whistle.
Our made-to-order pizza menu has been inspired with a quirky
modern twist and a bit of New York City spin. Get ready for
generous toppings and lashings of deliciousness. Choose from
classics like The Margherita or The Yankee (it’s pepperoni, folks)
or get fiery with the likes of our Holy Smokes, including pulled
chicken, smoked bacon and BBQ sauce or get meaty with Meat Your
Match, pepperoni, spicy beef, smoked bacon and chicken. Of course,
there’s something sumptuous for the vegetarians as well, Veg Your
Bets pizza with sun-dried tomato, gordal olives, artichoke and
mushroom.
Oven baked Mac ’n’ Cheese calls for our inner Friends
references… a.k.a. ‘The One with the’. Try an order of The Manifest
Mac – the most delicious Mac ’n’ Cheese, gooey, creamy and extra
cheesy. Or The Smoky, including smoked bacon; The Mac Attack with
pulled chicken and BBQ sauce. Last but not least? The Hot One, with
pepperoni and chilli. Good luck keeping your cool after this
one.
If you’re looking to keep it simple or add to the carb-load on
your plate, we’ve got fresh salads to choose from. Tossed Caesar
(add chicken for £1.50); Greek; Chicken, Goat’s Cheese & Red
Pepper. Plus, we reckon that our soon to be famous Nutella Dough
Balls, Maple cinnamon syrup, and chocolate dipping sauce are what
you need. Incredible melt in your mouth goodness.
Nothing beats pints and pizza day or night. Throughout the week,
we’ll have kickass offers to give you that Friday feeling all week
long. Monday’s call for Dough M.G. where any regular pizza will be
£5. Tank Tuesdays are all about giving back, the first 100 pints
will be £2 starting from 5pm. Tap 10 Wednesdays include a pint and
a pizza for a tenner, that’s right, Wednesday is the new weekend.
Craft beer Thursdays include all bottled and canned beers for £4.
We also offer free tastings of draught beer anytime, canned &
bottled tastings on Thursdays and of course, we’ve got our tasting
paddle of 3 x 1/3 pints for a fiver. With all that mac ‘n’ cheese
on the menu, we’ve got to be a teeny bit cheesy with a very Hoppy
Friday.
