Description
Temple & Sons is next to Tower 42 and set over two floors; the bottom floor is like a grocery shop with tin cans decorating the walls and snacks such as a game sausage roll with HP gravy being served. In the evening the deli floor is transformed into a cocktail bar with drinks served in sardine cans and old milk cartons.
The restaurant is upstairs with the focus on an open grill; using wood, hay and charcoal dishes such as wood-fired pork chop, collar and crackling with sage & pine nut crumb, and whole grilled Newlyn line-caught turbot with pickled Cornish cockle and pork vinaigrette will be served. The menu is inspired by British produce and uses fresh and seasonal products.
