You'll find space for 30 to sit comfortably, with a menu championing fresh pizza and with the ex-director of high-end fruit and vegetable supplier Natoora at the helm, you know that your pizza will be of the highest quality possible. Vittorio Maschio has founded Manifesto with the intention of pioneering exceptional produce and seasonal pizza, so expect a weekly special on the menu.

Organic produce, authentic techniques and well sourced ingredients are key here. Dough is proved for 48 hours and produced in traditional Italian Biga-style, while toppings are carefully chosen. Whether you're after a classic Margherita or intriguing ricotta base with spicy salami, chilli and rocket, you can wash down with a simple selection of wines. You won't find dessert on the menu... it's all about the mains here.
