Description
The pet project of Paulo De Tarso and Nicolas Jaouën, Margot is an Italian restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden. The restaurant serves a number of traditional pastas, salads and cured meats, as well saffron and roast bone marrow infused risotto and crab meat tagliolini. Putting complete power in the hands of the diners, the masterminds behind this restaurant allow guests to choose the exact size of each dish, making every experience of their Italian cuisine a completely bespoke and unique one.
