This is the third temper restaurant, located in Covent Garden on Mercer Walk.
Like its sister restaurants in Soho and City, temper Covent Garden features an open grill where chefs cook ethically-sourced meat. Similar to the other sites, this location also focuses on tacos, meat and fire.
There is also a perfectly-pitched list of punchy cocktails, as well as some quirky wines chosen to complement the menu.
In addition to the a la carte menu, available 7 days a week, temper Covent Garden there's the always busy burger bottomless brunch every Saturday from midday, priced at £45 per person.
