Tucked discretely above a restaurant, this intimate venue focuses on exciting reimaginations of popular classics. Try a piña colada with dulche de leche and sweet sherry, or a crystal clear rum and coke. The bar also offers a carefully curated spirits selection for the discerning drinker, which the staff are always more than happy to walk you through.
Dovetail is perfect for a quick drink before your West End show, but can also be booked out for private events, and masterclasses with one of the senior bartenders.
