Pinot Noir and Chardonnay have long been considered two of the main varietals worldwide, and accounts for wine at all levels, from gluggable, plucky wines, to some of the greatest expressions and wine and terroir on the planet in their home region of Burgundy. Over the course of this evening at The Petersham, you will be journeying and sampling some examples of this, showcasing how this varietal is used in different areas to create differing expressions of the same varietal.
