Join Us for an Exclusive Michelin-Starred Dining Experience at The Petersham
On Wednesday 30th October, The Petersham in Covent Garden will host an extraordinary one-night event featuring a seven-course tasting menu crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Riccardo Gaspari of SanBrite in Cortina d’Ampezzo. Tickets are £150 per person with optional wine pairing available.
Guests will enjoy a unique blend of traditional techniques and modern culinary innovation, with dishes inspired by Chef Gaspari’s family farm and his training under the legendary Massimo Bottura. The evening will celebrate SanBrite’s ‘agricucina’ philosophy, a regenerative approach highlighting sustainable, locally sourced ingredients, perfectly aligned with The Petersham’s commitment to organic, farm-to-table dining.
Indulge in exceptional courses, including Hare marinated in red fruits with pil-pil sauce and dashi, and Ditalini pasta with spelt, trout roe, and smoked butter, all set in The Petersham’s stunning garden-inspired surroundings. Guests will also be greeted with a Bellini on arrival, making this an unforgettable dining experience in the heart of London.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
