Salt + Pickle is a deli and bistro offering up cured, pickled and smoked food to Crystal Palace.
Seating up to 30 diners, the venue is a simple affair of wooden furnishings, hanging lights, hanging greenery and hanging meat. The deli is a celebration of preservation techniques, working in collaboration with local suppliers to deliver a menu packed with delicious cured, pickled and smoked cuisine. This means guests can feast on everything from homemade pastrami to treacle-cured salmon.
With a mind on local suppliers, the bar stocks small wine from small producers and beers from local craft breweries, including Gipsy Hill Brewery, which sits just down the road from the venue.
