With incredibly affordable food and drinks, it's little wonder Pizza Union is a popular destination for a cheap bite to eat. As well as this joint in Dalston, the chain has multiple outlets across the city, including Aldgate, Old Street and Kings Cross.
You can expect a cheap and cheerful menu at the Kingsland High Street branch, with a margherita coming in at £5.95. Other menu highlights include the formaggi (mozzarella, mascarpone, parmesan and gorgonzola) and calabria ('nduja sausage and rocket) for under £8 each. It doesn't stop there though, as this eatery is famed for its grissini sticks to chomp on while waiting, plus frozen margaritas and raspberry mojitos for just £5.50 a pop.
