Sapling's rotating selection of up to 30 wines include a variety of organic and low-intervention options, connecting passionate producers to those who will appreciate it the most. Although Sapling focuses on wine, their seasonal menu prepared by Jon Beeharry does not disappoint. Choices ranging from pork terrine on the main menu to charcuterie and cheese deliver a delectable opportunity to balance drinking and eating. Sapling offers an experience for guests to sit back, relax, and sip some wine.

For any wine and cheese enthusiast, Sapling's rotating wine selection and larder menu will be a right fit. Featuring both a rotating and second, larger wine list to choose from, there are copious choices for guests to choose from to enjoy by the glass or to sample via Coravin (a way to drink wine from the glass without opening the bottle). Despite the focus on wine, Sapling was not short-sighted with their food menu which offers a variety of locally sourced meats and cheese to enjoy. Serving as a space for a get together with mates or date night with that special someone, Sapling's comfortable space is inviting for exploring a carefully curated range of wines and food.
