Description
Expanding on their successes in Chelsea and the City, the team behind the popular Manicomio Restaurants venture eastwards with Canto Corvino (translation: Song of the Raven), an Italian restaurant in the heart of Spitalfields.
The restaurant boasts a grand, immaculate white exterior that draws you in. Let it lead you inside and find some unexpected decor. The interior sports a warehouse-like aesthetic - with white tiled interior walls and an expansive open-plan kitchen, the venue stays in touch with the areas industrial style.
True to their Italian roots, Canto Corvino are all about their food - serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The breakfast menu contains a range of dishes, from the standard 'granola, preserved figs & organic yogurt' to the more continental 'fried egg, grilled mortadella, onion & taleggio brioche'. If you prefer things your own way, opt for the 'DIY' breakfast menu. For dinner, the restaurant offers an extensive menu full of delightful Italian dishes. Whether you go for the pumpkin cannelloni or go all out with the veal spiedino (portion served for two), everything here is packed full with flavour. If you're around during the weekend, pop and treat yourself to some brunch. And lastly, for those looking for a bit of a tipple, Canto Corvino boasts an extensive selection of wine alongside a range of Italian-inspired cocktails and aperitifs.
