Following the success of their first five outposts, Chicago Rib Shack has taken over Copita Del Mercado's old site in Aldgate East. The American style restaurant features all the favourite dishes seen in other restaurants, such as their slow-cooked ribs smoked over applewood, and the huge burgers topped with pulled pork and cheddar cheese. There is also a selection of cocktails and hard shakes and the restaurant has space for 125 covers.

Close to Shoreditch and in East London, it's only a matter of time before Aldgate East gets the 'cool place to hang out' stamp, and savvy restaurateurs are making their mark now. With four venues in London and one in Leeds, Chicago Rib Shack have opened their fifth restaurant in this up and coming area, promising their delicious brand of American style ribs and burgers. We think this London eatery is a great addition to the area, offering everyone from city workers to residents a place for big-style dinners.
