Flank brings its sustainable meat and plant based menu to East London.

Formerly a pop-up in Brighton, chef Tom Griffiths has moved his healthy, sustainable restaurant concept to the East of London. The menu is characterised by a ‘nose-to-tail’ idea, creating a menu populated by fermented, braised and cured dishes, to create a variety of flavour combinations.

They offer up dishes like seared bavette Dexter steak with a watercress puree, Sussex mushrooms and pan jus; or BBQ cauliflower with pickled cauliflower leaves, cauliflower puree, truffle, Cornish Yarg cheese, raw apple and elderflower.
